One of those weeks

I have seen her before and it is so funny. We have all said most of those things.

Well life is very strange here. Mike is visiting and we are working on Steph’s house. There is quite a bit of termite damage so the sub floor and those board that hold up the floor have to be replaced. Not all  but 18 of them in the dining room and living room and part of the kitchen. Mike and Steph tore out the floor so Jim can start. They have been trying to do the labor stuff so we can use him to build rather than tear down. We all worked on the bathroom to get that down to the studs too. We have almost filled a huge dumpster.

Been doing a lot of back and forth and running to get this and that. The new roof is on and it looks great. Steph has met most of her new neighbors and they seem really nice. So things are moving along.

Been talking to Serena a lot too since Mike is here. I don’t know how that is going to work out either. Somehow they will figure it out for the best.

Dad is very tense too. Business has slowed down a lot and he is not a very pleasant person to live with at all. He is going to have to get his act together and not take it out on other people. Everything sets him off.i guess “This too shall pass”.
